To learn more about us, visit \nJob Overview\nThe UKG Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of UKG software implementation projects for our healthcare clients. This role requires a deep understanding of both project management principles and the unique challenges of the healthcare industry. Manager will also be responsible for managing to the agreed to budget and delivering the project profitably.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDevelop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.\n\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client goals.\n\nManage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.\n\nLead the implementation of UKG solutions, including HCM (Human Capital Management) and payroll systems.\n\nOversee system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing client systems.\n\nEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the implementation process.\n\nAssemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including consultants, IT, and client staff.\n\nFacilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.\n\nIdentify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.\n\nMonitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles that arise.\n\nEnsure quality assurance and testing processes are in place to validate system functionality.\n\nMaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives, consultants, and vendors.\n\nProvide regular project updates and status reports to senior management.\n\nGather feedback and incorporate stakeholder input into project planning and execution.\n\nQualifications\nExperience managing a minimum of two full lifecycle UKG implementations\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare industry projects.\n\nStrong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.\n\nExcellent organization, time management, and both written and verbal communication skills\n\nExcellent Presentation skills\n\nPassion for delivering exemplary customer service\n\nPMP Certification a plus\n\nAt Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,767-$230,122. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual bonus.
