This leader will be responsible for P&L management, business development, client relationship management, solution architecture, and overall thought leadership. The ideal candidate will bring immediate client credibility, a robust network of industry contacts, and a comprehensive understanding of current analytics and digital trends affecting the healthcare ecosystem. The new VP must have a history of delivering high-quality work and building ongoing, trust-based relationships with the C-suite of major providers (health systems, academic medical centers, and hospitals). Experience with payers and other sectors of the broader healthcare industry is also valuable.\n\nDriven by the dynamic and evolving needs of the healthcare market, Impact Advisors anticipates significant growth for the Data and AI Practice. The new VP will harness the firm's existing data and analytics capabilities to extend services to a larger client base and more diverse market segments. This individual will enhance and help drive the current Go-to-Market (GTM) approach for new data products and analytics solutions. They will be hands-on, managing development and delivery while securing new accounts and expanding existing business. Identifying and building the assets and accelerators needed to enable sales and delivery will be critical in this role. A strong understanding of the Epic Analytics Eco System and Azure Cloud technologies is essential.
