This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop solutions, and implement Workday's cutting-edge software.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead the implementation of Workday Financials, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.\n\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones.\n\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.\n\nDesign and configure Workday Financials modules, including Financial Accounting, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Business Assets, Procurement and Banking and Settlement.\n\nTranslate business requirements into effective Workday solutions that meet organizational needs.\n\nOversee the integration of Workday Financials with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.\n\nManage data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency.\n\nIdentify opportunities for optimizing and enhancing the Workday Financials solution.\n\nStay updated on Workday releases and features, evaluating their potential impact and benefits.\n\nQualifications\nStrong knowledge of Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Procurement, Banking and Settlement, Projects, and Suppliers.\n\nProven track record in leading Workday Financials projects from inception to completion.\n\nProficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies.\n\nExcellent project management and organizational skills.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.\n\n2+ years of experience with Workday Financials implementation and support.\n\nWorkday certification in Workday Financials preferred.\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.\n\nAt Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $90,650-$173,559. \nFor salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
