To learn more about us, visit \nJob Overview\nAs a Workday Payroll consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Workday Payroll solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their payroll requirements, configure Workday Payroll to meet those requirements, and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation process. In addition, you will serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Payroll best practices, helping to optimize processes and maximize efficiency for our clients. You will solve complex business problems integrating the Workday Cloud application with external applications from a variety of Financial, Supply Chain and Human Capital Management functional areas. Every day you’ll be making a positive impact.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead the implementation of Workday Payroll solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.\n\nCollaborate with clients to understand their payroll requirements and translate those requirements into effective Workday Payroll configurations.\n\nConfigure Workday Payroll to meet client requirements, including payroll calculations, tax setups, earnings, deductions, and other related processes.\n\nLead and mentor junior consultants on payroll configuration and implementation best practices.\n\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration between Workday Payroll and other systems.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues, working with clients and internal teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.\n\nStay current on Workday Payroll updates and new features, assessing their impact on client implementations and advising accordingly.\n\nContribute to the development of internal tools, methodologies, and knowledge sharing initiatives to enhance our Workday Payroll practice.\n\nQualifications\n4+ years of hand on experience supporting Workday Payroll implementation lifecycle processes, including system design, configuration and project reviews.\n\nWorkday US Payroll certification preferred.\n\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.\n\nStrong understanding of payroll processes, including payroll calculations, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead complex Workday Payroll projects from start to finish.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, project teams, and stakeholders at all levels.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n\nExperience mentoring and coaching junior team members preferred.\n\nAt Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,000-$205,000.\nFor salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
