The primaryfocus will be in leading the application of data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building high-quality prediction systems integrated with our products.\nWhat this role entail\nUnderstanding business objectives and formulate the problem as a Data Science problem (Expert level proficiency in Forecasting)\nDevelop and maintain robust data processing pipelines and reproducible modelling pipelines.\nExplore data and communicate insights clearly\nManage a team of data scientists and senior data scientists\nAnalyze experimental results, iterate and refine models to create significant business impact\nBuild analytic systems and predictive models\nTest performance of data-driven products\nExperiment with new models and techniques\nWhat lands you in this role\n5-8 years of experience in Data Analytics Model development and deployment\nStrong forecasting experience\nMust have exposure to developing predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms for business applications\nGood knowledge of data management and visualization techniques\nHands-on experience of working across SQL, R, Python, Hadoop\nExperience of managing teams of at least 2-3
