The project leader also provides leadership on problem solving and decisions on analytics techniques for the team. The Project Lead ensures that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standard. This role also involves managing end to end client delivery as well as managing a team of data scientists/ data science leads.\nWhat this role entail\nPlan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery and achievement of project objectives.\nManage project risks and develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.\nDrive the planning and execution of client-facing software implementation and analytical solution deployment projects.\nDemonstrate strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and effective client communication skills.\nBuild and manage senior-level client relationships and stakeholder expectations.\nManage end-to-end client delivery for an account across multiple projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.\nDevelop sophisticated analytical frameworks and business solutions that create value for clients and generate new project opportunities and revenue streams.\nDevelop and implement analytical methodologies, processes, and technology solutions that integrate diverse data sources and generate actionable business insights.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and manage project resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.\nWhat lands you in this role\nEducation: Undergraduate degree in BE/BTech; an MBA from a top-tier business school is mandatory.\nExperience: 7-10 years of overall work experience. At least 2 years of post-MBA experience is required.\nConsulting Experience: Prior experience in strategic consulting or management consulting is a must-have.\nImplementation Experience: Proven experience in managing client-facing software implementation, or analytical solution delivery projects is essential.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with sound business understanding.\nExperience in planning and managing the deployment of physical and financial resources to achieve project milestones.\nProficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and analytical problem-solving.\nStrong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.\nAbility to adapt and apply consulting expertise to specific client, project, and business
