You will be a key functional member of Impact’s financial forecasting, annual budgeting processes, operating plan variance analysis and special projects.\nYou will be a key functional member of Impact’s financial forecasting, annual budgeting processes, operating plan variance analysis, and special projects.\nWhat You'll Do:\nAI Innovation & Finance Modernization\nContribute creative ideas and practical solutions to help the FP&A Team as they design, build, and deploy custom internal AI tools tailored to our financial workflows.\n\nFinancial Reporting, Variance Analysis and Performance Monitoring\nDeliver monthly financial reporting, ensuring budget holders clearly understand performance outcomes relative to their allocated budgets.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, ensuring company dashboards are updated and accurate.\nCompile and prepare reports, graphs, and charts to communicate financial data clearly to stakeholders including the Senior Management Team.\nMaintain and coordinate the completion of financial review templates and help organize monthly review meetings.\nCollaborate on special projects and partnering with other departments to gather and analyze cross-functional data.\nCollaborate closely with the Accounting and Financial Operations departments to ensure data is accurate and complete as well as help facilitate the meeting of critical reporting deadlines such as month-end, board reporting and management reporting.\nConsolidated Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Planning\nAssist with updating the company’s consolidated forecasting model monthly using data extracted from core accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite/PBCS), integrating actual business events and timelines.\nSupport functional area leaders in developing and refining their annual Expense and Capital budgets.\nAssist in preparing revised Quarterly Budgets and monthly company-wide forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional team members.\nAct as a point of contact for budget holders to help them understand their performance versus budget and assist them in rebalancing plans when business priorities shift.\nExecutive Presentation & Communication\nAssist in preparing presentations and slide decks for the Board of Directors and the Senior Management Team.\nWhat You Have:\nEducation & Professional Qualifications\nQualified CA(SA) (0-2 years post-articles).\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related finance discipline.\nTechnical Expertise & Financial Analysis\nSolid Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation.\nHands-on experience with general ledger account analysis and reconciliations.\nEagerness to learn and adopt new technologies - including AI tools to improve everyday workflows.\nCommunication & Relationship Management\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on active listening.\nCollaborative mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with cross-functional team members, senior staff, and external auditors.\nExcited to work as part of an international team across different regions and time zones.\nProblem Solving & Work Ethic\nProactive and adaptable, with the organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nDetail-oriented and analytical, focused on learning quickly and delivering accurate, timely results.\nBenefits:\nHybrid, Casual work environment\nResponsible PTO policy\nTake the time off that you need.
