You'll be the primary point of contact for program compliance matters, oversee compliance processes using our Regulated Compliance tool, and serve as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk management are essential for success in this role.\nWhat You'll Do:\nServe as the primary compliance point of contact for strategic partnerships, clients and agencies, providing support and advising on best practices\nBecome an expert on impact.com’s proprietary Regulated Compliance product\nLead the compliance workstream for a key strategic partnership, focusing on the successful migration and launch of major brands\nWork with cross-functional teams (client success, product/engineering, and operations) to deliver exceptional compliance services \nOperate as a program compliance subject matter expert internally and externally\nWork alongside senior team members, assisting with strategic initiatives and projects\nDevelop and deliver presentations on compliance matters\nMonitor and manage compliance processes for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of compliance cases\nWhat You Bring:\n3+ years of customer service and support in a software application product environment\n2+ years of project management\n1+ years of compliance investigations, especially in the performance marketing space\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, Law, or related field a plus)\nExtremely detail-oriented\nProfessional communication skills\nAbility to multitask while under pressure\nTeam player, yet able to function and motivate independently\nNice to have:\n Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA\n\nSalary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant. \n*This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting.
