We’re looking for a Senior AI Director who can bridge cutting-edge technology with real commercial impact-turning AI into measurable business value for our clients across the Nordics.\nThis is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll define our AI vision, build next-generation offerings, and work directly with clients to transform their commerce capabilities.\nAs AI Director, you will lead Impact Commerce’s AI transformation across client engagements, products, and internal operations. You will combine strategic leadership, technical depth, and commercial acumen to deliver scalable AI solutions that drive revenue, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency.\nWe expect you to:\nLead AI Strategy & Innovation\nDefine and execute the AI vision and roadmap for Impact Commerce\n\nStay ahead of trends across GenAI, LLMs, personalization, predictive commerce, and automation\n\nIdentify and build scalable AI accelerators and offerings\n\nDrive Commercial Impact\nDevelop AI-driven use cases that improve conversion, retention, and revenue growth\n\nPartner with commercial teams to scope, sell, and deliver AI solutions\n\nQuantify and communicate ROI and measurable business outcomes\n\nOwn AI Architecture & Delivery\nDefine end-to-end AI architecture and solution design\n\nEnsure scalability, security, and compliance of AI solutions\n\nMake build-vs-buy decisions and manage key technology partners\n\nBuild & Lead Best-in-Class Teams\nRecruit, lead, and mentor AI, data science, and ML talent\n\nFoster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and responsible AI usage\n\nUpskill broader teams in AI literacy and applied AI\n\nInfluence Clients & Market\nAct as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders\n\nLead workshops, strategy sessions, and executive presentations\n\nRepresent Impact Commerce through thought leadership and keynote speaking\n\nEnsure Responsible AI\nDrive ethical AI principles, transparency, and compliant data usage\n\nAlign solutions with legal and governance standards\n\nYOUR PROFILE\nAs Senior AI Director, you have proven experience in AI, machine learning, and/or data-driven transformation. Track record of linking AI initiatives to commercial outcomes and business KPIs.
