Client-Focused Leadership\nLead the charge in delivering technical excellence for our clients - overseeing architecture, design, and implementation of Unified Omnichannel Commerce solutions that transform their business.\n\nAct as the primary technical advisor to key clients, guiding them through complex decisions and presenting innovative tech roadmaps that align with their business goals.\n\nBe hands-on during client engagements, from initial proposal to project delivery, translating technical complexities into clear business value and ensuring seamless execution.\n\nStay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring that our client offerings are always innovative and competitive.\n\n2. Strategic Vision\nBuild and maintain a future-ready tech vision for IMPACT B2C, ensuring our processes and technologies evolve in step with market demands.\n\nWork closely with our leadership team to align technology strategies with broader business objectives, making sure our internal setup is as cutting-edge as the solutions we offer to clients.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams-sales, marketing, product, and development-to ensure our technology and business strategies are fully integrated.\n\nMentor and guide internal teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning, innovation, and tech mastery.\n\n3. Collaborate & Inspire\nBuild strong, lasting relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, both internally and with clients, to ensure technology is always seen as a strategic enabler.\n\nLead technical workshops and internal training to empower teams with the knowledge and tools to excel in a fast-paced, evolving industry.\n\nInspire and guide teams on both sides of the fence-mentoring internal developers while also advising client teams on how to get the most out of their tech investments.\n\nYOUR PROFILE\nAs Technology Director, we imagine that you have experience in a leadership role such as CTO, Senior Technology Director, or similar, with a strong track record in digital transformation projects in the following areas: Composable Commerce, Omnichannel, Unified Commerce, Retail, Order Management (OMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), Integration platforms, Marketing Automation and Loyalty programs.\nAdditionally, we expect you to\nProven ability to balance client-facing responsibilities with internal leadership-ensuring that both client delivery and internal innovation thrive under your guidance.\n\nStrong consultancy skills, able to translate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable insights for clients and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nExperience leading high-performance teams and delivering large-scale, high-impact commerce projects.\n\nA global mindset with international experience and the ability to lead in diverse environments.\n\nThe ability to articulate a clear, visionary tech strategy and guide teams towards its successful execution. \n\nFurthermore, we are looking for a IMPACTER, who can contribute to a fun and healthy everyday culture at IMPACT while ensuring a high standard in collaboration with your colleagues. \nLIFE AT IMPACT\nFor more than 20 years, IMPACT has pioneered some of the most advanced commerce solutions in the Nordics.
