You won’t just manage relationships-you’ll act as both an expert coach and advocate, empowering thousands of creators to optimize their performance while helping world-class brands unlock the full revenue potential of performance-driven creator partnerships. This is an exciting, high-impact role for someone who thrives on community building, loves data-driven marketing, and wants to shape the future of partnership commerce in a rapidly expanding region.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDesign and execute performance creator strategies in collaboration with leading brands, aligning campaign recruitment and mechanics directly to measurable goals like ROAS.\nLead 360° creator recruitment and onboarding, conducting engaging 1:1 and group walkthroughs of the impact.com platform to get new creators earning and scaling quickly.\nCultivate thriving creator relationships, acting as a trusted growth partner through regular communication, proactive support, and community-building initiatives.\nDeliver strategic performance coaching, equipping creators and brand partners with actionable insights on conversion optimization and partnership best practices.\nAnalyze and share actionable campaign insights, tracking conversion rates, engagement, and ROI to continuously refine incentive structures and campaign mechanics.\nAdvocate for the creator experience, gathering partner feedback to collaborate with internal product and operations teams on platform enhancements.\nWhat You Bring:\n4+ years of experience in creator/influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or community management, with a track record of managing large-scale creator programs.\nStrong understanding of the social media landscape and performance-based influencer marketing models.\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to host webinars, facilitate workshops, and make complex ideas actionable.\nData-driven mindset, comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) and performance dashboards to guide decisions.\nA proactive, collaborative spirit, comfortable balancing strategic program design with roll-up-your-sleeves execution in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat You Bring:\nPrior experience in a SaaS, tech platform, or digital marketing agency environment.\nHands-on experience utilizing the impact.com platform.\nA passion for creator culture, emerging social trends, and innovative affiliate monetization models.\nBenefits and Perks:\nAt impact.com, we believe that when you’re happy and fulfilled, you do your best work.
