You create delectable and consistent dishes for dine-in and take-out guests, support back-of-house operations, and partner with your Guest Experience teammates to deliver a seamless Impact Kitchen experience.\nLine Cooks are highly flexible individuals responsible for dishwashing, preparing, and working both hot and cold line kitchen stations while supporting Impact Kitchen’s breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner menu. As proper food handling, food safety, and consistent recipe preparation are vital to this position, a primary responsibility of the Line Cook is to monitor sanitation, food quality, and freshness. This position is highly physical; therefore, individuals must possess strong stamina and attention to detail. In this role, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across multiple levels of the organization while being a central point of food production for our guests.\nThe Line Cook reports to the Culinary Experience Management Team, including the Assistant Culinary Experience Manager and Culinary Experience Manager.\nLine Cooks serve as a foundation for growth within Impact Kitchen.
