This role includes ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the building, grounds, and equipment, as well as recommending improvements to optimize operations. The position involves regular interaction with managers, staff, and vendors.\n\nThis is a full-time position working 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with on call rotation and monthly extended hours for travel to additional ImpactLife locations for routine maintenance and inspections.\nWill need to travel to our Springfield, IL location for one week of training, travel cost will be covered by ImpactLife.\n\nWhat does this mean for you?\nPerform competency testing and notify management of non-compliance or safety issues.\nSupport department initiatives, goals, and regulatory compliance in line with ImpactLife’s mission.\nTroubleshoot and resolve equipment and facility issues, both during regular hours and off-hours.\nAssist with vehicle and grounds maintenance, including snow/ice removal and working with vendors for repairs.\nDevelop and manage equipment inventory, preventive maintenance, and repair programs.\nCommunicate effectively with internal teams to achieve goals and escalate issues as needed.\nDrive vehicles (Non-CDL, DOT certified) and ensure maintenance in adverse weather conditions. \n\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 6 months of experience in equipment, facilities, or grounds maintenance (preferred).\nAssociate degree in a related field (preferred).\nAbility to lift to 75 lbs with assistance and perform physical tasks, including standing, walking,
