Impact Life is looking for dedicated, motivated individuals who are interested in being an integral part of our Facilities team.\n\nFacilities Technician are responsible for ensuring the general upkeep of facilities, equipment, and company vehicles. The Technician would ensure appropriate preventative maintenance measures are taken and coordinate any needed maintenance work, including repairs due to damage. The Technician will regularly work with outside vendors and managers and staff in all departments and facilities as well as vendors. \nWork Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m., with an on-call rotation and occasional extended hours for special projects.\n\nSpecialist Responsibilities can include:\n Maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) by performance and documentation according to the SOPs.\n Perform competency testing as required.\n Notify Director, Facilities of non-compliance issues as soon as discovered, including SOPs or policies that do not reflect current FDA or AABB requirements.\n Ensure the general condition and repair of all sites including proper interior/exterior lighting, paint, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, furnishings, generator, etc.\n Handle routine maintenance at all locations ensuring work is complete and all items are in excellent condition and working order.\n Investigate all facility problems reported. Analyze problems, prepare reports and cost estimates, and recommend solutions. \n Provide emergency off-hour and weekend support including emergency repairs/troubleshooting of facilities and equipment.\n\nQualifications:\nAssociate’s degree in related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of demonstrated work experience and education may be considered.\n1-2 years' experience with building, grounds and or fleet maintenance preferred\nThe ability to lift up to 75 lbs.\nFrequent stooping, reaching, sitting, pushing, pulling, and lifting.\nCurrent and valid Driver’s License with the ability to be insured by our carrier.\nHold a DOT Medical Certification card or the ability to obtain one prior to hire.\n\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive wages\nPaid training\nAdvancement opportunities\nAn excellent benefit package\nGenerous paid time off program\n\nPre-employment drug screen with DOT Medical Certification physical, background check and MVR report are required.\n\nApply now!
