You will be fully training on the entire blood collection process including donor registration, screening, physical, and phlebotomy. The Supervisor will perform daily supervisory responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, and performance management of your assigned team members. Supervisors work under the directions of the Manager to ensure overall compliance to policies and procedures and adherence to quality standards. Additionally, the Supervisor provides coaching and motivation to their team to provide excellent customer service and donor satisfaction.
