Our positions are full-time, year-around employment with paid training.\nWe offer:\n5 Days of PTO\n6 Paid Holidays\nUp to 50% of health insurance premiums paid by Impact\nAccess to a retirement plan, financial fitness, and employee savings programs\n Shifts:1st shift - Mon-Thurs 6am-4pm\n3rd shift - Mon - Thurs 7:30pm-5:30am\nWeekend Days - Fri-Sun 6am-6pm (For Weekend Shift: work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours)\nWeekend Nights - Fri - Sun 6pm-6am (For Weekend Shift: work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours)\nManufacturing Assembler Job Summary:\nAssembler 1 manufactures and assembles a variety of configurations of mechanical and basic electrical assemblies used in electrical distribution systems.\nJob Duties:\nInterpret shop drawings and wiring diagrams\nAnalyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) to identify component parts and assembly sequences for electromechanical units\nMake electrical connections per specifications\nAssemble parts, position, align, and fasten assemblies and subassemblies using hand and power tools\nModify parts using drilling, tapping, and countersinking techniques with machine tools and pneumatic hand tools\nEnsure proper fit and assembly by positioning, aligning, and adjusting parts\nMeasure parts for tolerances using tape measures and precision instruments like micrometers and calipers\nLabel and mark parts with identifying information\nComply with all company policies, guidelines, and SECRIT values\nCross training to work in other functional department of the plant\nOther duties as assigned by management.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nTool selection - determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.\nOral Comprehension - The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.\nAbility to operate cordless hand tools, power tools and pneumatic tools.\nAbility to read shop drawings and wiring diagrams preferred.\nAbility to read standard tape measure.\nAbility to work in a cohesive team environment.\nLifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. occasionally;
