This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, productive, quality-focused, and positive work environment.\nThe Team Lead will help coordinate production activities, train employees, monitor workflow, address production issues, and ensure the team meets established safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.\nThis is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone with previous assembly or manufacturing experience who enjoys coaching employees, solving problems, and keeping production running efficiently.\nSchedule\nMonday - Friday - 2nd Shift: 6:30pm-6:00am (Overtime may be members.\nMonitor production operations and help maintain efficient workflow.\nTrain new and existing employees and maintain required training documentation.\nVerify that team members are properly trained to perform assigned work.\nHelp the team achieve established safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.\nIdentify production obstacles and work with leadership to resolve issues.\nRecommend improvements to production processes, workflow, and team performance.\nEnsure team members follow established company policies, procedures, and work instructions.\nPromote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.\nPartner with IWS Operations Manager to address employee concerns, conflicts, performance issues, and disciplinary matters as appropriate.\nSafety, Quality & Compliance\nEnsure production activities are performed according to established quality standards.\nLead by example by consistently following all safety policies and procedures.\nReinforce safe work practices with production team members.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nSupport company safety goals and initiatives.\nFollow applicable certification and quality-management requirements, including IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n3-5 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience.\nPrevious assembly experience is required.\nPrevious experience leading, training, or directing production employees.\nAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in English, verbally and in writing, to support safe operations, teamwork, training, and accurate execution of job duties.\nAbility to identify problems, take initiative, and help implement solutions.\nAbility to work required overtime based on production needs.\nBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nPreferred\nAssociate degree or additional technical education.\nPrevious experience as a Production Team Lead, Manufacturing Team Lead, Assembly Team Lead, Line Lead, Production Lead, or similar position.\nExperience using a Manufacturing Execution System (MES).\nExperience working in an environment operating under IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001 standards.\nEquivalent relevant work experience may substitute for formal education where applicable.\nWhat We're Looking For\nSuccessful Production Team frequently throughout the shift\nOccasionally bend, stoop, and squat\nOccasionally lift and carry up to 30 lbs.\nOccasionally push or pull up to 50 lbs.\nAssist with movement of carts and production
