We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated leader with strong inventory management skills and hands-on Cherry Picker/Order Picker experience to oversee daily inventory control operations.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience leading warehouse associates, maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.\nImpact is proud to offer an industry-leading benefits and wellness package, with eligibility for some programs beginning Day 1!\nOur positions offer full-time, year-round employment with paid training.\nBenefits Include:\n5 Days of PTO\n\n6 Paid Holidays\n\nUp to 50% of health insurance premiums paid by Impact\n\nAccess to a retirement plan, financial fitness, and employee savings programs\n\nWeekly Pay\n\nOpportunities for professional growth and advancement\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and coordinate daily inventory control activities to ensure accurate inventory records and efficient warehouse operations.\n\nAssign tasks, provide direction, and support Inventory Control associates to meet daily operational goals.\n\nConduct and oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.\n\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.\n\nOperate a Cherry Picker/Order Picker safely and efficiently to locate, count, retrieve, and verify inventory.\n\nMonitor inventory transactions and ensure proper documentation of inventory movements and adjustments.\n\nTrain and coach team members on inventory control procedures, safety practices, and warehouse processes.\n\nEnsure inventory is properly labeled, stored, organized, and accounted for.\n\nCollaborate with warehouse supervisors, operations, and other departments to resolve inventory-related issues.\n\nMaintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other inventory tracking tools.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, productivity, and overall warehouse efficiency.\n\nProvide management with regular updates regarding inventory accuracy, discrepancies, team performance, and operational challenges.\n\nPromote a safe, clean, and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with company safety policies.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse inventory management, or a related role preferred.\n\nMinimum 2 years of Cherry Picker/Order Picker operating experience REQUIRED.\n\nPrevious team lead, supervisory, or warehouse leadership experience strongly preferred.\n\nExperience conducting cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations.\n\nStrong understanding of warehouse inventory processes and inventory accuracy standards.\n\nExperience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software preferred.\n\nBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.\n\nExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.\n\nAbility to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse environment.\n\nAbility to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required.\n\nStrong commitment to workplace safety, accuracy, and productivity.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe need a hands-on Inventory Control Team Lead who is comfortable working on the warehouse floor, operating a Cherry Picker, and leading by example.
