Our focus is on the needs of the patient, and they come first in everything we do.\nWhat You’ll Do\nThis position will provide core team leadership to a project core team, to drive the design, development and commercialization of innovative neurovascular products from concept/feasibility to launch.\nProvide cross-functional leadership and coordination on assigned Stroke R&D projects, drive project execution in accordance to ICI design control process & quality systems. \nCoordinate and facilitate communication among internal and external members of a team on a project to ensure effective, accurate and timely collaboration across functional areas and serve as a primary point of contact. \nUltimately accountable for the successful delivery (on-time, on-budget and on-target) of NPD project from Initiation/Feasibility to Commercialization.\nResponsible for development and execution of detailed project plans to achieve overall project goals and objectives.\nManage day-to-day activities of project executions, hold core team members accountable for project deliverables. \nMonitor and track project execution, project budget and resources. \nResolve resource assignment and allocation conflicts with functional management. \nProactively manage project risks and develop response strategies to avoid/reduce/contain risk impacts. \nResponsible for understanding and assessing project issues, lead project team to bring issues to resolution, and escalate as necessary to meet timelines.\nProvide project communication and updates to Cross-functional management and Stroke Executive Leadership Team. \nApply product development and project management best practices, tools and techniques where appropriate. \nWhat You’ll Bring:\nBS in Engineering or related discipline and a minimum of 8 years of increasingly responsible project management experience in the medical device industry; or a combination of education/training and experience.\nExperience working under regulated quality systems such as GMPs, ISO 9001, and the MDD\nFamiliar with Design Control process\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency with Microsoft Office products \nProficiency with MS project and other project management tools\nExperience in catheter development and medical devices preferred.\nInterpersonal skills to be able to influence without direct authority over team members \nPMP certification a plus\nEmployee Benefits include a stake in our collective success with stock options, competitive salaries, a 401k plan, health benefits, generous PTO, and a parental leave program.\nJoin Us!Imperative Care\nSalary Range: $160,000 - 181,000 annually\nPlease note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
