Duties and responsibilities may be assigned or reassigned to this job at any time and may be modified to reasonably accommodate an individual with a disability or for other reasons.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :\nConsistently follows all safety procedures and uses required dress code and safety equipment. \nHandles manual loading and unloading of tires efficiently and safely. \nRe-palletizes fallen or disorganized material to maintain product integrity.\nApplies plastic wrap securely to damaged pallets. \nAssists with inventory counts and cycle counts as assigned. \nSupports other areas with physical tasks when requested by supervisors. \nMaintains a clean, organized work area. \nCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors. \nOperates forklift safely and only if certified and authorized. \nEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:\nHigh school diploma or GED. (preferred but not required)\nA minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field or similar position is required.\nAt least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or related field is preferred.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\nExcellent verbal communication skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nGood math and written communication skills.\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\nEfficient time management skills.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or other formal training in related field preferred.\nAt least two years of related experience required. \nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nWork is performed primarily in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying weather conditions and outdoor elements, such as fumes, smoke, dust, grease, and oils.
