Duties and responsibilities may be assigned or reassigned to this job at any time and may be modified to reasonably accommodate an individual with a disability or for other reasons\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nGreet the driver, ask for the reason for the visit and the documentation.\nAssign a dock for unloading.\nLocated load ID in the activity log (AL) and write it down on the bill of lading (BOL)\nSelect the date and time of arrival on the activity log.\nVerify if there is an existing entry for Inbond loads.\nEnter the arrival for each provider on the quick entry (QE) screen.\nPrint all labels for each provider/reference.\nCreate a work order (WO) for the start and end load time of the forklift driver.\nAccess AS400 to adjust as needed.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Training & Experience):\nHigh school diploma or G.E.D. preferred but not required\nOne to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nLICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS: No specific licenses or certifications are required. However, relevant certifications will be considered as part of the qualifications and experience.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nAbility to communicate in English and Spanish clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.\nAbility to take and follow directions from supervisor.\nAbility to give directions to drivers.\nAbility to perform other duties as assigned.\nAbility to maintain good planning and organizational skills.\nAbility to use computer hardware, various software programs and technologies, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.\nAbility to maintain a good and positive working relationship with all co-workers and other contacts.\nRequired to comply with all IMPERATIVE’s policies and procedures.\nOrganization, Typing, Data Entry Skills, Service Skills, Decision Making, Analyzing Information, Bilingual\nAbility to follow all rules of telephone courtesy in all telephone communications\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is performed inside an office working closely with others and alone with light traveling required. Work involves rotating shifts and working extended workdays outside the regular working hours; Work requires simple grasping, standing, sitting, and walking.
