handle delicate HR processes, including reasonable accommodations, misconduct investigations, and terminations\nFoster a positive, employee-focused culture that advances company goals and employee satisfaction through local and company-wide initiatives, including meetings, suggestion programs, surveys, newsletters, focus groups, one-on-one meetings, and the Intranet\nAdvise management and staff on complex, sensitive personnel matters and legal implications; manage delicate HR processes, including reasonable accommodations, misconduct investigations, and terminations\nIdentify workforce skill gaps and collaborate with local leadership and Corporate HR to implement training programs that strengthen current job performance and prepare employees for advancement\nPartner with the HR Area Director and Corporate HR to resolve union grievances and develop and enforce employee disciplinary policies\nCollaborate with local leadership and Corporate HR to identify talent strategies and staffing needs, partnering with Corporate Talent Acquisition to fill exempt and non-exempt positions\nCoordinate with Corporate Payroll, Benefits, and HR teams to resolve related issues as needed\nEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and reporting requirements, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, DOL, OSHA, and workers’ compensation regulations\n\nYou Have:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent;
