and continually improve global service delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership & People Development\nMentor & Coach: Guide a high-performing team of Cloud Security Engineers, providing regular feedback, coaching, and technical training to optimize performance.\n\nCareer Planning: Establish professional career development plans tailored to individual aspirations, clearly defining growth criteria and milestones.\n\nTeam Culture: Foster a collaborative, positive work environment that encourages knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and productivity tool adoption.\n\nCustomer Engagement & Security Strategy\nPost-Sales Assistance: Oversee comprehensive post-sales service delivery, including migration support, integration assistance, configuration optimization, and proactive monitoring.\n\nSuccess Ownership: Monitor engineer-customer engagements to ensure satisfaction, retention, and the swift removal of any obstacles blocking customer outcomes.\n\nData-Driven Insights: Analyze customer data (case trends, traffic, alerts, attack info) to provide actionable recommendations for improving system health and security posture.\n\nThreat Research: Partner with cross-functional teams to research new attack vectors, build advanced monitoring tools/alerts, and create processes to thwart malicious requests.\n\nOperational Excellence & Collaboration\nProcess Improvement: Develop and implement tools, automation, and reporting initiatives to enhance Enterprise Services delivery efficiency.\n\nCross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineers (SEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Threat Research, Data Science, and Product teams to align customer needs with internal priorities.\n\nOperations Management: Manage and define team KPIs to measure success, drive global strategic projects, and ensure 24x7 continuity of operations.\n\nRole Requirements\nMust-Have (Minimum Qualifications)\nExperience: Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security operations, or a technical post-sales environment, with at least 2–3 years in a formal team lead or people management role.\n\nLeadership Experience: Proven experience leading, mentoring, or coaching technical teams (ideally Cloud Security or Support Engineers).\n\nAppSec & Cloud Edge Expertise: Deep technical understanding of application security concepts, including the OWASP Top 10, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), API security strategies, DDoS mitigation, and SSL/TLS management.\n\nOperations & KPI Management: Experience defining team performance metrics (KPIs) and managing workflows to ensure continuous service operations (including 24x7 coverage models).\n\nStakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaborating across complex cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) and managing enterprise customer escalations.\n\nGood-to-Have (Preferred Qualifications)\nCertifications: Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CEH, CISM, or advanced cloud provider certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).\n\nAutomation & Tooling: Experience building internal monitoring tools, dashboards, or utilizing automation to improve service delivery efficiency.\n\nGlobal Project Delivery: Experience working with regional peers to drive global\n\nSkills\nContinuous Learning, Service
