Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect / Lead Engineer to design and lead a centralized Pricing & Decisioning Platform, leveraging modern AI/ML capabilities where applicable to enhance pricing decisions, automation and customer-level pricing.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design architecture for a centralized Pricing & Decision Engine.\n\n- Define AI/ML integration for intelligent pricing, decisioning and optimization use cases.\n\n- Design APIs, Microservices and event-driven integrations.\n\n- Develop pricing rules, configurations, parameters, workflows and simulations.\n\n- Integrate with Core Banking, CRM, Risk, Finance, Treasury and Digital Channels.\n\n- Define security, scalability, performance, DR and observability requirements.\n\n- Support RFI/RFP, vendor evaluation and make-vs-buy decisions.\n\n- Lead engineering teams and ensure high-quality implementation.\n\n- Ensure auditability, governance and regulatory traceability.\n\nKey Skills:\n\n- 9+ years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture or Engineering.\n\n- Strong Banking / BFSI experience.\n\n- Experience with Pricing Engine / Rule Engine / Decision Engine.\n\n- Knowledge of AI/ML and AI-enabled decisioning.\n\n- Strong Java / Python, Spring Boot / Fast API.\n\n- Microservices, REST APIs, Event-driven architecture.\n\n- Cloud / Hybrid architecture, CI/CD and containers.\n\n- Architecture design, vendor evaluation and technical leadership.\n\n- Knowledge of Deposits, Lending, Cards, Mortgages or Wealth.\n\n- Preferred: Experience in banking pricing,
