The role involves monitoring production environments, resolving incidents, supporting business-critical applications, and working closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system availability and reliability.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Provide Level-1/Level-2 support for enterprise applications and cloud-based platforms.\n\n- Monitor applications, databases, and AWS infrastructure for performance and availability.\n\n- Investigate and resolve production incidents, service requests, and operational issues.\n\n- Perform log analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes of system failures.\n\n- Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.\n\n- Develop and maintain Shell Scripts for routine operational and monitoring activities.\n\n- Support AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, and RDS.\n\n- Execute daily operational checks and ensure adherence to support procedures.\n\n- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.\n\n- Participate in incident management, release support, and deployment activities.\n\n- Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.\n\n- Contribute to automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.\n\nEducational Qualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile : \n\n- Strong foundation in cloud and database technologies.\n\n- Passionate about troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.\n\n- Interested in building expertise in production support and cloud operations.\n\n- Eager to learn automation and operational excellence practices.\n\n- Capable of working
