Come help us build technology and solutions that enable businesses to visualize everything, waste nothing and act instantly.\nTeam Overview:\nThe IT Support Analyst provides virtual and in-person support to users for technology-related issues concerning hardware, software applications, and the network environment, serving as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting and resolution.\nWhat You Will Do:\nMonitor the help desk queue and perform first-level diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution for on-site and remote users.\nOnboarding and offboarding of user accounts across domain, Exchange, phone systems, and applicable business applications\nBuild, configure, and image laptop and desktop computers, including user profile creation, returned equipment reimaging, and inventory management.\nApply patches, perform software and hardware upgrades, and troubleshoot and resolve OS issues.\nTroubleshoot and maintain printers, copiers, and plotters.\nPerform backup and restore operations.\nDesk workstation set up and tear down, computer hardware inventory management\nManage shipping and receiving of computer equipment and peripherals.\nSet up, support, and troubleshoot audio/video conferencing equipment in meeting rooms and at corporate events\nAssist with server and infrastructure support as needed.\nWhat You Will Bring:\nTypically requires 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience, including help desk, desktop support, and hardware/software troubleshooting\nExperience with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and Intune/Autopilot/MDM solutions\nExperience with Mac and HP desktops/laptops\nProven ability to deliver excellent customer service in-person, on the phone or via email\nStrong problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to prioritize and manage requests in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively, both on-site and remotely\nCompensation & Benefits:\nThe benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work.\nThe typical base pay range for this role across the US is $63,750 - $90,000. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.\nAt Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
