Come help us build technology and solutions that enable businesses to visualize everything, waste nothing and act instantly.\nTeam Overview:\nSilicon Process Engineering team is responsible for Radio Frequency Tag IC and Reader IC process development work for next generation productions and sustaining volume productions at our OSAT locations in Asia. This team work closely with other cross functional teams like test, quality and design teams to build high-quality backend processing which allows the tag to connect with the world. The team has a fast-paced and innovative work environment.\nWhat You Will Do:\nSupport daily production activities of a consigned equipment at an OSAT working with their maintenance and facilities teams.\nWork with the process engineering team to monitor and analyze process metrics using advanced Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques, driving continuous improvements in yield and equipment utilization.\nOversee the creation and maintenance of equipment documentation, including specifications, training materials, and audit reports.\nMentor junior engineers/technicians and provide technical guidance on plasma process development and troubleshooting\nWhat You Will Bring:\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, with 12 years of experience (or 5 years with a PhD) working with plasma etch or deposition equipment in the field.\nDirect experience managing SPTS or plasma therm tools for daily production including PMs, day to day troubleshooting, support new recipe creations\nVery strong knowledge of plasma etching, dicing, or related dry etch technologies.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.\nDemonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and guiding teams to achieve technical excellence.\nCompensation & Benefits:\nThe benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work.\nAt Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock.
