Guided by a council of 2000+ trusted HCP advisors, we ensure every interaction is clinically meaningful, ethically grounded and leads to better patient care.\nJob Summary\nWe're looking for a GTM Systems Manager to own and optimize the systems, data, and automations that power our go-to-market operations at Impiricus. You'll serve as the go-to expert for our GTM tech stack, with HubSpot at its core, driving system integrations, workflow automation, data enrichment, and process improvements across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta (2-3 days per week in office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).\nResponsibilities: \nOwn and optimize the GTM systems that create, enrich, route, and activate data in HubSpot, including Attention, DealHub, Juro, Clay, Asana, Slack, and future GTM platforms.\nOwn day-to-day administration and long-term strategy for Impiricus's GTM systems, keeping tools well-governed, well-documented, and aligned to business needs.\nAdminister and optimize HubSpot, including properties, objects (including custom objects), workflows, lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, permissions, and reporting inputs, in partnership with Sales Operations and Marketing.\nOwn deduplication and data hygiene processes, including matching logic, normalization rules, merge rules, duplicate prevention, association integrity, and recurring data audits.\nOwn GTM alerting and workflow automation across HubSpot, Slack, Asana, Clay, and connected applications, replacing manual work with automation while maintaining clear governance, ownership, and data quality controls.\nManage the data enrichment strategy in Clay, including account, contact, and brand enrichment, firmographic and HCP-relevant data, buying committee data, signal-based triggers, and segmentation inputs. Own enrichment logic, credit usage, field mapping, sync behavior, and data quality monitoring.\nOwn the quote-to-close workflow across HubSpot, DealHub, and Juro, including quote templates, approval flows, pricing guardrails, contract generation, e-signature, and handoffs to downstream billing and finance systems.\nAdminister Attention, including call recording and CRM sync, scorecards, trackers, and AI-generated summaries and fields. Make sure conversation data flows accurately into HubSpot and gets used by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.\nBuild and manage Asana workflows for GTM intake, requests, and project tracking, such as system change requests, deal desk requests, and launch checklists.\nTranslate business needs into clear systems requirements, including process maps, field mapping documentation, routing and enrichment logic, acceptance criteria, test plans, and rollout plans.\nMonitor integrations and data flows across the GTM stack, including sync errors, API and authentication issues, field mapping problems, failed automations, and data quality exceptions. Triage and resolve them quickly.\nEvaluate and pilot AI-enabled workflows and agents that improve GTM efficiency, and recommend practical ways to improve the systems ecosystem.\nRequirements:\nLocated in ATL (2-3 days per week in office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).\n3+ years in GTM Systems, Revenue Systems, Sales Operations, Business Systems, Marketing Operations, or a similar systems-focused role.\nHands-on HubSpot administration experience. You understand objects, properties, associations, workflows, permissions, reporting, and how connected systems read from and write to HubSpot.\nExperience administering or working deeply with GTM tools such as Clay, DealHub or another CPQ/CLM platform, Juro or another contract management tool, Attention, Gong, or similar conversation intelligence tools, Asana, Zapier, Workato, Outreach, or Salesloft.\nStrong understanding of GTM data architecture, including leads, contacts, companies, deals, routing fields, source and attribution fields, enrichment fields, ownership fields, and lifecycle or funnel stages.\nExperience with data enrichment, including enrichment logic, matching rules, field precedence, overwrite rules, and data quality controls.\nExperience with deduplication and data hygiene, including duplicate prevention, matching logic, normalization, merge rules, and ongoing audits.\nStrong documentation habits. You create process maps, field mapping documents, decision logs, and troubleshooting guides that other teams can actually use.\nStrong stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to explain trade-offs, risks, system limitations, and recommended approaches to both executives and frontline reps.\nNice-to-have\nHubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Operations Hub, or Marketing Hub)\nExperience in pharma, life sciences, healthcare, or another regulated industry\nExperience building AI agents or LLM-based automations for sales or ops workflows\nExperience with finance or billing system integrations (for example, NetSuite)\nThe base salary range for this role is $85,000- $100,000\nWhere you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, while keeping team parity in mind and leaving room for future growth.\nImportant Notice\nTo protect candidates, please note that all communication from our team will come directly from an @impiricus.com email address.
