If you want to move fast, solve hard problems, and own real outcomes, we want to meet you.\nAs Manager, Corporate Finance, you will own Imprint's financial planning and analysis function, with direct accountability for building the systems, models, and processes that power forward-looking financial decision-making.\nThis is a highly technical, hands-on role for someone who builds with code as naturally as they build with spreadsheets - and who is energized by replacing manual workflows with automated, scalable infrastructure. You will partner directly with the Deputy CFO and work cross-functionally with Commercial, Accounting, Treasury, Data and Engineering teams to bring rigor and speed to how Imprint forecasts, plans, and operates financially.\nThis role is right for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and has strong opinions about how modern finance teams should operate.\nWhat Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days\nMigrated major models from Excel to Python, with outputs in Excel or a web-based application, enabling faster iteration and significantly improved accuracy\n\nAutomated key commentary and data pulls, eliminating manual reporting workflows through Google Sheets, a web application, or equivalent tooling\n\nEstablished a foundation for forward-looking forecasting (3-6 month outlook), including early governance and process structures\n\nBuilt trusted working relationships with Commercial, Finance, Data, and Engineering teams\n\nDemonstrated the ability to operate independently and iterate quickly on high-priority workstreams\n\nResponsibilities\nOwn the design, build, and maintenance of Imprint's corporate financial model, transitioning it from Excel to Python-based infrastructure\n\nAutomate financial reporting and commentary workflows to reduce manual data pulling and accelerate insights delivery\n\nBuild and maintain forward-looking forecasts (3-6 month horizon) that give the business clear financial visibility\n\nPartner with Commercial GMs and partner leads to incorporate revenue and cost inputs into planning models\n\nCollaborate with Accounting on book close, cost pipeline, and reporting accuracy\n\nWork with Treasury and Vendor Management on cash flow and cost forecasting\n\nSupport headcount planning and its impact on financial forecasts in partnership with the People team\n\nUse AI tooling (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to build scalable, automated finance workflows\n\nIdentify and eliminate inefficiencies in how financial data is collected, modeled, and reported\n\nPresent financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders, translating complex outputs into actionable decisions\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nHands-on, working knowledge of Python - must have built models, scripts, or automated tools, not just theoretical familiarity\n\nDemonstrated experience building with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, or similar) - this is a non-negotiable\n\nBackground in financial planning, corporate finance, or an adjacent analytical domain\n\nAbility to operate with minimal direction and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment\n\nComfort with ambiguity and a startup mindset - willing to fail fast, course correct, and move forward\n\nStrong cross-functional communication skills; able to work effectively with Commercial, Accounting, Treasury, and People teams\n\n5-10 years of experience in a finance, data, or analytically intensive role\n\nNice to Have\nPrior experience in fintech, payments, or a product-led company\n\nFamiliarity with building web-based applications or data pipelines\n\nExperience in a high-growth or early-stage company environment\n\nPrior exposure to corporate modeling, forecasting, or FP&A processes\n\nPerks & Benefits\nCompetitive compensation and equity packages\n\nLeading configured work computers of your choice\n\nFlexible paid time off\n\nFully covered, high-quality healthcare, including fully covered dependent coverage\n\nAdditional health coverage includes access to One Medical and the option to enroll in an FSA\n\n20 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary caregiver and 8 weeks for all new parents\n\nAccess to industry-leading technology across all of our business units, stemming from our philosophy that we should invest in resources for our team that foster innovation, optimization, and productivity\n\nImprint is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
