The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear functional features and ensure the seamless delivery of business solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.\nWork closely with product managers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.\nDefine and manage the product backlog, supporting sprint planning and prioritization activities.\nCreate comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.\nAnalyze existing systems, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements aligned with business goals.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in validating developed features.\nConduct gap analyses and impact assessments for new requirements or change requests.\nPrepare detailed and high-quality documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and process diagrams.\nFacilitate effective communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.\nMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, and drive timely issue resolution.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Feature Analyst, or in a similar role.\nStrong understanding of business analysis methodologies, frameworks, and tools.\nProven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nExperience in Cross-Border Payments is mandatory.\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and similar platforms.\nStrong documentation skills (BRD, FSD, user stories, etc.).\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nPreferred Qualifications (Good To Have)\nExperience in BFSI / Payments / Fintech domains.\nWorking knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.\nRelevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or
