We are looking for a Content & Creative Producer who can take our Marketing efforts to the next level through the lens of strategy and execution.\nJob Duties:\nThe Content & Creative Producer at Levity Live / Improv is a cross-functional producing role supporting original comedy across podcasts, live shows, digital content, television, audio, and other formats.\nWorking closely with the EVP of Content & Creative Strategy, this role will help take projects from development through production, post-production, delivery, and distribution. The ideal candidate has a strong production foundation and is ready to take on greater ownership of projects, with opportunities to contribute creatively and grow their development experience.\nProduction, Development & Project Management\nTranslate creative direction into production plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.\nManage projects from development through production and final delivery.\nSupport the development of new podcasts, live shows, digital content, and other original projects, with opportunities to contribute ideas and creative feedback.\nAssist with treatments, decks, pitches, research, and other development materials as needed.\nCoordinate production logistics including crews, locations, equipment, schedules, vendors, and talent.\nMaintain project trackers, calendars, budgets, and production materials.\nKeep multiple projects moving simultaneously and proactively identify production needs and solutions.\nPost-Production & Distribution\nManage post-production schedules, editors, notes, revisions, approvals, and final masters.\nCoordinate graphics, audio, captions, artwork, metadata, and other required assets.\nHelp manage content delivery and distribution across digital, social, audio, streaming, and other platforms.\nMaintain release calendars and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.\nOrganize final masters, production assets, and project files.\nTalent & Cross-Functional Coordination\nCoordinate production needs, schedules, materials, and deliverables with talent and their representatives.\nWork across production, marketing, social, legal, operations, and venue teams to execute projects.\nCoordinate with external producers, vendors, editors, and distribution partners.\nSupport the EVP of Content & Creative Strategy in executing projects and broader content initiatives.\nMinimum qualifications:\n3-5 years of experience in production, television, digital media, podcasts, live entertainment, or a related field.\nExperience as an associate producer, production coordinator, junior producer, or similar role.\nStrong understanding of production and post-production workflows.\nHighly organized with strong project-management and communication skills.\nComfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.\nAbility to take creative direction and turn it into clear, actionable next steps.\nFamiliarity with digital distribution and content delivery is a plus.\nExperience in comedy or live entertainment is a plus.\nYour privacy is very important to Levity Live.
