We are looking for a Content & Creative Strategy Assistant who can take our Marketing efforts to the next level through the lens of strategy and execution.\nJob Duties Include:\nExecutive Support: Provide direct assistance to the EVP of Content & Creative Strategy across scheduling, communication, content initiatives, and key projects.\nContent Support: Assist with content development and execution, including research, creative materials, production coordination, asset management, and other content-related needs.\nScheduling & Communication: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, track deliverables, and coordinate communication between internal teams, partners, talent, and production teams.\nProject Tracking: Maintain trackers for content priorities, projects, deadlines, and workflows. Help ensure stakeholders are aligned and deliverables remain on schedule.\nAdministrative Support: Prepare and organize documents, maintain filing systems, support contracts and legal documentation, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to content and creative initiatives.\nCross-Team Support: Collaborate with teams across the company and provide flexible administrative, organizational, and content support as needs arise.\nMinimum qualifications:\nProven experience in administrative roles within media, entertainment, and/or digital.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nComfort with managing contracts, rights documentation, and legal processes.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nCollaborative and proactive mindset; able to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly.\nUnderstanding of the entertainment industry, digital comedy industry, and excellent verbal and written skills.\nPassion for comedy.\nCore Expectations of All Levity Employees\nAt Levity, every role contributes to our mission of discovering, developing, and delivering great comedy.
