As an AdOps Specialist, your mission is to maximize client earnings by utilizing diverse tactics. As the analytical and tech-savvy partner for publishers, contribute with well-grounded improvement ideas, delving into partner understanding and optimizing setups based on data interpretation.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\nIdentifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring HTML, CSS, and JavaScript compatibility for ad functionalities.\n\nDelivering premium-quality ads.\n\nVerifying the accuracy of reported performance data to clients and promptly addressing and informing about any issues that arise.\n\nImplementing nuanced product adjustments in pricing, demand partners, targeting, features, and ad formats.\n\nProactively identifying opportunities to enhance client performance.\n\nAnalyzing and interpreting data for informed decision-making and comprehensive client reporting.\n\nQualifications for success:\n\nBasic/mid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge;\n\nExperience with Google products is an advantage but not essential – Google Analytics, Google AdSense, LookerStudio, Google Ad Manager;\n\nEnglish proficiency (B2 and above).\n\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;\n\nExcellent organizational skills and time management, together with the ability to meet deadlines;\n\nSelf-driven attitude and strong desire to learn;\n\nAttention to detail\n\nExperience in customer service is considered a strong advantage;\n\nWillingness to engage
