Drawing on your professional expertise, commercial acumen and leadership skills, you will be a key point of contact for business owners and directors. In addition, you will coach colleagues in their professional development and make a valuable contribution to the continued growth of both the team and the tax practice.\n\nWhat will you do\n\n Responsible for providing high-quality tax advice to national and international clients.\n\n Monitors the quality of advice and ensures that it is technically sound and practical.\n\n Coordinates cases, monitors schedules and sets priorities.\n\n The first point of contact for clients and acts as the branch’s point of contact for tax matters.\n\n Supports and coaches tax advisers and tax return staff in their professional development.\n\n Helps to maintain and develop customer relationships and capitalise on opportunities within your own network.\n\n Works closely with accountants, lawyers and other specialists within Moore MKW.\n\n Makes an active contribution to the continued growth and development of the tax practice.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\n At least 8 years’ experience in tax consultancy.\n\n A completed higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics.\n\n Completion of the NOB training programme is a strong advantage.\n\n Strong professional expertise and extensive experience in tax advisory matters.\n\n Excellent communication and business skills.\n\n Experience in coaching and developing professionals.\n\n An entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to help build a growing practice.\n\nWhat to expect\n\n Leased car and non-contributory pension.\n\n 30 days’ holiday, with the option to buy additional days.\n\n A wide range of training and development opportunities.\n\n A flexible working environment with scope for hybrid working and workations.\n\nWhy this role?\n\nThis role offers more than just specialist tax advice.
