By applying, you’re joining our talent pipeline so we can contact you when a training match becomes available.\nSkillBridge participation is unpaid by Improvix; service members remain on active duty and continue to receive military pay/benefits through their branch.\n\nParticipation is contingent on command approval, timing, and an appropriate training match with business needs.\n\nParticipation does not guarantee employment at the end of the program.\n\nTraining Tracks\nDepending on your background, clearance status, and upcoming needs, SkillBridge trainees may be considered for one or more tracks:\n1) Corporate Operations & Office Management (Business Support)\nYou may support internal operations and employee experience such as:\nOffice/facilities coordination, vendor support, conference room readiness\n\nOnboarding logistics (equipment, access/badging coordination, workspace setup)\n\nPurchasing, inventory, asset tracking (in partnership with IT)\n\nInternal documentation (SOPs), communications, event and meeting logistics\n\nBudget awareness, invoice routing, expense documentation (as appropriate)\n\n2) Project Coordinator / Technical Program Support (Early Career Friendly)\nGreat for candidates building skills in program execution and stakeholder coordination:\nTask tracking, action items, and delivery schedule support\n\nMeeting coordination, recurring cadences, and documentation upkeep\n\nStatus reporting, cross-team communication, and stakeholder visibility\n\nExposure to federal program environments and compliance-driven work\n\nMentorship from senior technical/program leaders (varies by placement)\n\n3) Compliance / Cybersecurity Operations Support (Varies by role)\nFor candidates interested in governance, compliance, and security operations:\nDocumentation support for compliance activities and security frameworks\n\nTracking evidence, deliverables, and due dates in regulated environments\n\nSupporting process discipline, reporting, and continuous improvement\n\nCoordinating across technical SMEs to gather and document work products\n\n4) ServiceNow / Business Analysis & Process Automation (Experienced Track)\nFor candidates with relevant experience who want to apply it in mission environments:\nRequirements gathering, process mapping, and user story development\n\nTranslating mission needs into ServiceNow workflows (ITSM/ITOM/CMDB exposure as applicable)\n\nSupporting testing, validation, documentation, dashboards/reporting\n\nPartnering with stakeholders to streamline service delivery and visibility\n\nWhat We Look For (Across Tracks)\nStrong organization, follow-through, and communication\n\nComfort learning new tools/processes quickly\n\nProfessional presence in a client-focused environment\n\nIntegrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality\n\nAbility to coordinate across teams (technical and non-technical)\n\nMicrosoft 365 proficiency (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel);
