Your work will directly impact the reliability and mission success across our Mira and Helios programs and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nRead and interpret schematics and assembly drawings with high accuracy. \nPerform high-quality harnessing builds. \nModify and repair harnessing according to works instructions, including connector and pin replacements. \nConduct visual inspections and basic electrical checks (continuity and high-pot) to verify workmanship quality and identify assembly defects. \nProvide DFM feedback to design engineers and manufacturing engineers. \nWork with engineers on improving manufacturing processes \n\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent certificate \n2+ years of demonstrated manufacturing experience with harnessing or other electromechanical hardware. \n\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nIPC-620 certification \nExperience with testing harnesses \n4+ years of demonstrated manufacturing experience with harnessing. \nExperience with RF cables \nExperience with writing standards and specifications for harnessing \nExperience with harnessing quality and reliability. \n\nAdditional Information:\nCompensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.\nImpulse Space’s spacecraft manufacturing business is subject to U.S. export regulations including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
