Collaborate with production control coordinators, planners and schedulers to prioritize tasks, oversee materials requiring external processing, and support in logistics coordination. Additionally, the role involves reporting on work in process, rework/repair orders, and addressing production issues.\nResponsibilities\nMove materials, parts, assemblies, and hardware between work centers, inventory locations, and production areas.\nSupport timely movement of hardware through manufacturing operations and coordinate transfer of completed assemblies to downstream operations.\nStage materials for upcoming production work orders and deliver kits to manufacturing areas based on production priorities.\nSupport kit verification, replenishment, and return of excess or unused materials to inventory.\nPerform inventory transactions in ERP/MES systems and maintain accurate material location records.\nSupport inventory audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities.\nReplenish lineside and point-of-use inventory, respond to urgent material requests, and help identify missing or misplaced materials.\nMaintain organized inventory storage locations and ensure proper material identification and labeling.\nIdentify opportunities to improve material flow and warehouse efficiency, support new process implementations, and participate in inventory accuracy and material control initiatives.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED is required\n2+ years of demonstrated experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material handling environments. \nPreferred Skills and Experience\nAssociate's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Supply Chain, or a closely related field.\nProficient in operating forklifts and other related inventory equipment.\nExperience with serialized/lot-controlled inventory, production control, and planning.\nProficiency in the MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word, is essential.\nExperience handling high-tech electronic products and materials sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD).\nA solid understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), planning principles, and related reporting tools.\nExperience working with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is necessary.\nThe ability to interact effectively with internal customers from various departments is necessary.\nDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional disciplines, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to drive positive outcomes in ill-defined problems or processes\nAdditional Information:\nFlexibility to work various shifts including overtime and weekends as needed to meet critical deadlines\nMust be able to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted and perform physical activities including lifting, standing, climbing, bending, and walking for up to 75% of the shift time\nCompensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity.
