This role sits at the very end of the manufacturing process-where precision, discipline, and accountability matter most.\nResponsibilities\nPerform mechanical assembly and integration of rocket engines and propulsion subsystems \nInstall critical components including valves, feedlines, injectors, sensors, and avionics interfaces\nExecute precision torqueing, fastening, and sealing operations on flight hardware \nPerform alignment, fit checks, and final configuration prior to test or shipment\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalency certificate\n5+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace, propulsion, or precision mechanical assembly\nDemonstrated experience working on complex, high-reliability systems (engines, fluid systems, pressure systems, etc.)\nDemonstrated proficiency with torque tools and precision measurement equipment, cleanroom or controlled assembly environments\nPreferred Skills and Experience\n5+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience working on rocket engines or spacecraft propulsion systems\nExperience supporting engine test operations \nExperience working with cryogenic or high-pressure systems & hazardous operations (fuels, gas or high energy systems)\nLifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position\nAble to lift 50 lbs. unassisted\nAdditional Information:\nCompensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity.
