Independence and ownership are key facets of success in this role.\nResponsibilities\nManage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role\nCollaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals\nRegularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders\nFoster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture, which ensures delivery of an efficient, effective, quality driven services to internal hiring teams\nFocus on process development & metrics/analytics - helping Impulse continually raise the recruiting bar \n\nMinimum Qualifications\n3+ years’ experience in full life cycle technical recruiting \nExperience recruiting for hardware engineering roles (Mechanical, Test, Production, etc.)\nDemonstrated ability to identify, source, and hire exceptional engineering talent\nAbility to build strong relationships with both managers and candidates\nKnowledge of various recruiting tools such as applicant tracking systems, social media platforms, Boolean searches etc.\nDemonstrated knowledge of employment classifications\nAbility to prioritize and set expectations in a fast moving environment\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nBachelor’s degree highly preferred\n8+ years' experience recruiting in aerospace, or hardware engineering related field\nKnowledge of space recruiting markets across the U.S. \nExperience in a startup or agile development environment\nKnowledge of engineering skillsets in software, hardware, manufacturing, operations\nExperience with high volume recruiting\nAdditional Information:\nCompensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity.
