By pushing the boundaries of nanofabrication, we enable innovation at the smallest scale - driving progress on a global level.\n Your responsibilities:\nAnalyze equipment malfunctions, investigate the cause of failures and determine appropriate corrective actions.\nInstall software upgrades on our systems to enable new features for our customers.\nUse your technical knowledge and problem solving skills to support our on-site and first level team to promptly resolve issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.\nPerform routine inspections of our systems to identify potential issues and proactively address them before they become critical problems.\nWork closely with R&D engineers and other stakeholders to gather relevant information, share ideas and develop effective solutions to complex system problems.\nRecommend and implement preventive maintenance plans, including regular maintenance, repair and replacement of components, to optimize asset performance and extend asset life.\nKeep accurate records of troubleshooting activities, including observations, test results and recommended solutions. Produce detailed and traceable reports to communicate findings and recommended solutions to management and relevant departments.\n We are looking for a passionate and talented professional to join our team. You’re a great fit if you have:\nMaster´s degree in Software Engineering or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in electrical or software systems or machinery, preferably in a datacenter, industrial or manufacturing environment. Semiconductor experience is a plus.\nExperience with Linux in HPC environments, knowledge of high-speed interconnects (Infiniband) is a plus\nPractical experience in Python programming, a strong understanding of Network Technology, Git experience beneficial.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze complex software problems, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
