You manage the process from order entry to the CFO report.\nWhat you’ll do\nFinance operations\nOwn finance processes in Odoo: invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, intercompany bookings and VAT.\nLead month-end and year-end closing and review subsidiary financial statements.\nManage AP, AR and payroll for our foreign subsidiaries with local fiduciary partners.\nProject administration & controlling\nOwn the project administration process in Odoo and ensure consistency across projects.\nPersonally administer large customer projects, from setup, contracts and licenses to invoicing and closure.\nPrepare project financial analyses and status reports.\nSupport revenue recognition and project-related closing.\nTeam leadership\nLead the team: set priorities, distribute work and ensure quality.\nLead by example and stay involved in operational work.\nManagement support\nSupport the Head of Controlling with analyses, reports and presentations for management.\nRequirements\nWhat you bring\nYou have completed a relevant education in finance and accounting and have a solid understanding of Swiss accounting standards (Swiss Code of Obligations), VAT and financial reporting.\nYou bring 4+ years of experience in finance and accounting. Experience in consolidation, treasury or contract management is an advantage.\nYou have hands-on experience working with finance processes in an ERP system. Experience with Odoo is a strong plus.\nYou enjoy getting involved in the details, from posting entries and reconciling accounts to issuing invoices and improving workflows.\nYou have experience leading or coordinating a team and enjoy supporting colleagues while ensuring quality and efficiency.\nYou are fluent in English.
