# Marketing Manager

Description BCTS owns a group of established operating companies across the United States and Canada. Each maintains its own brand and customer relationships, and each has built its own websites, social channels, vendors, templates, and ways of communicating. The Marketing Manager brings consistency to that landscape: shared standards, platforms, and vendors, and a clear BCTS corporate presence that supports each operating company’s brand without replacing it. This is a hands-on role. You will manage the calendar, projects, vendors, and details across many operating companies at once, and you will build the templates, tools, and repeatable processes that make one way of doing marketing stick. The role is designed to grow into senior marketing leadership, with increasing ownership of strategy, brand governance, operating-company relationships, acquisition marketing, measurement, and team leadership.
