Rails applications with AI-enabled features to enhance automation and efficiency.\n\n- Lead migration projects to transition legacy software systems to modern, maintainable architectures.\n\n- Design and implement front-end interfaces with seamless integration to backend services and databases.\n\n- Build and optimize database schemas and queries for high performance and scalability.\n\n- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate AI models and algorithms into Ruby on Rails applications.\n\n- Develop automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.\n\n- Establish best practices and coding standards for Ruby on Rails development within the team.\n\n- Mentor and guide junior engineers and developers in adopting AI-enabled development practices.\n\n- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Ruby on Rails applications and AI integrations.\n\n- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and Ruby on Rails advancements to continuously innovate.\n\n- Drive adoption of AI efficiencies in existing and new Ruby on Rails projects to meet client expectations.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.\n\n- Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails architect or senior engineer with strong front-end and database skills.\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in building automation solutions using Ruby on Rails.\n\n- Experience in migrating legacy software systems to modern architectures.\n\n- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI capabilities into web applications.\n\n- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and relevant frameworks.\n\n- Proficiency in database design, optimization, and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).\n\n- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms is a plus.\n\n- Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure software architectures.\n\n- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\n\n- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Passion for innovation and continuous learning in AI and Ruby on
