As a more experienced designer, you'll be expected to mentor junior colleagues and help elevate the team's capabilities.\nIn our team we work by the 4 eye principle; you will work in pairs, often taking the lead role on projects while supporting and guiding others.\nShare your expertise and help shape our design culture, processes, and standards.\nWho you are \n5+ years of experience in Digital Product Design or UX/UI Design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful digital products.\nSolid understanding and practical experience with research methods and discovery practices. You can design and lead research activities and translate findings into actionable design decisions.\nYou express yourself, your ideas and your work fluently in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).\nProficient in working with common design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.), prototyping tools (Principle, ProtoPie, Framer, etc.) and user testing tools (Useberry, Maze, UserTesting, etc.).\nSolid experience working with scalable design systems and atomic design principles. You understand how to build and maintain design consistency across multiple products or platforms.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.
