Requirements:

  • Proficient in architecting solutions for complex embedded applications.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in development in C/C++.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in embedded hardware systems and protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, DMA, LTDC, STM32).
  • Experience and ability to define, analyze, and document complex requirements.
  • Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
  • Proven experience in embedded systems design with pre-emptive, multitasking real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS).
  • Experience in collaborating with global stakeholders for product development.
  • Ability to coach and mentor the talent on development best practices.
  • Ability to understand and work with technical complexities across different programming languages and frameworks.
  • Lead end-to-end project initiatives by creating JIRA stories, defining acceptance criteria, and making the best use of the Atlassian suite.
