The role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders, project teams, and business users to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and go-live of ERP solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nLead ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering through go-live and stabilisation.\nConduct business process assessments and recommend best-practice ERP workflows.\nPrepare implementation plans, project schedules, resource plans, and milestone trackers.\nCoordinate with customers, project teams, and management throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nConfigure and implement ERP modules based on customer business requirements.\nManage customer expectations and ensure timely project delivery.\nConduct user training, workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.\nMonitor project risks, identify issues, and drive resolution plans.\nEnsure implementation documentation, process documents, and project artefacts are maintained.\nSupport customers during UAT, cutover activities, and production go-live.\nWork closely with finance, operations, procurement, inventory, and business teams.\nTravel extensively for customer engagements within India and internationally.\nRequirements:\n12-15 years of ERP implementation experience.\nExperience working with ERP product companies.\nStrong experience managing end-to-end customer implementations.\nHands-on experience driving customer go-live activities across multiple modules.\nStrong understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.\nExcellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nDomain Expertise:\nExperience in Real Estate ERP solutions is highly preferred.\nCandidates with ERP implementation experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Hospitality, Construction, Infrastructure, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Finance-related business processes will also be considered.\nFinance and Accounting Expertise:\nThe ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and should have successfully led customers through implementation and go-live of finance-related ERP modules.\nTechnical Skills:\nBasic SQL knowledge is preferred.\nAbility to understand reports, data structures, and business data validation.\nExposure to reporting tools and ERP databases is an advantage.\nTravel Requirements:\nThis role requires flexibility to travel within India and internationally.\nAssignments may range from 3 to 6 months depending on project requirements and customer engagements.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2831,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":12,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["ERP & Business Management Software","PropTech","Construction Management Software"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T06:37:18Z"}],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":24,"reasons":["seen:0","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-09-26T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/in4velocity-senior-implementation-consultant","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/in4velocity-senior-implementation-consultant.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-27T05:17:34Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4649,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":351,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-28T00:00:00Z"}}}
