A strong understanding of recruitment analytics, employer branding, and talent acquisition best practices will be an added advantage.\nResponsibilities:\nSource and attract IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.\nReview and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for technical roles.\nConduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.\nCoordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.\nBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline of IT professionals for current and future staffing needs.\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.\nCollaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.\nStay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.\nTrack recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.\nRequirements:\nExperience: 3 to 4 years.\nProven experience as an IT and non-IT recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong understanding of technical skills and requirements for IT positions, such as programming languages, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure.\nThe ideal candidate should possess significant expertise in technical stacks like AI, . NET/ASP.
