The ADMS System Engineer will be responsible for the full technology lifecycle of Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS), including implementation, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, upgrades, production support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.\nThe role requires strong hands-on experience with ADMS/Grid Operations Systems and the ability to work closely with system operators, analysts, product managers, cybersecurity, network teams, vendors, and other technical stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support ADMS solutions and integrated systems.\n\nAnalyze business requirements, operational workflows, and end-user needs and translate them into technical solutions.\n\nSupport ADMS implementation and production operations across development, test, and production environments.\n\nPerform system upgrades, patches, enhancements, defect fixes, and deployment activities.\n\nTroubleshoot escalated ADMS issues and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\n\nAnalyze application logs, system traces, configurations, and recent changes to identify and resolve issues.\n\nMonitor system performance and ensure ADMS applications meet reliability and operational requirements.\n\nSupport integration testing involving SCADA, OMS, GIS, DMS, Historian, ICCP, and enterprise data interfaces.\n\nValidate data flow, system interfaces, and integration points supporting grid operations.\n\nPerform Windows and Linux server/workstation patching and environment readiness activities.\n\nWork with Windows/Linux command-line tools for configuration and troubleshooting.\n\nInterpret network topology diagrams, IP/LAN schemas, firewall configurations, server architecture diagrams, and interface specifications.\n\nConfigure workstations, applications, servers, and system components according to project requirements.\n\nWork with virtualization platforms such as VMware vCenter for provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining system resources.\n\nCollaborate with network, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and vendor teams to resolve technical issues.\n\nSupport end users with system access, configuration, login, and functional requests.\n\nParticipate in peer reviews of technical designs, configurations, implementation plans, code, and deployment artifacts.\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and operational runbooks.\n\nDevelop and manage operational/analytical reports and dashboards, including Power BI, where required.\n\nCommunicate system status, technical issues, deployment activities, and resolutions to technical and business stakeholders.\n\nMust-Have Skills\n10+ years of experience supporting, upgrading, and implementing ADMS.\n\nHands-on ADMS implementation and production support experience.\n\nStrong ADMS / Grid Operations Systems integration experience.\n\nStrong systems troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.\n\nExperience supporting utility/grid operations environments.\n\nExperience with ADMS interfaces/integrations such as:\nSCADA\n\nOMS\n\nGIS\n\nDMS\n\nHistorian\n\nICCP\n\nEnterprise data integrations\n\nExperience with Windows and Linux environments.\n\nExperience with system logs, traces, configuration validation, and technical troubleshooting.\n\nAbility to work with network diagrams, IP/LAN configurations, firewall information, and server architecture.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nNice-to-Have Skills\nVMware vCenter experience.\n\nPower BI/reporting experience.\n\nExperience with cybersecurity and network teams in utility environments.\n\nExperience supporting ADMS upgrades, patches, and new module deployments.\n\nExperience working with system operators and grid operations teams.\n\nExperience with utility application environments and enterprise integrations.\n\nCandidate Requirements\n10+ years of hands-on ADMS experience preferred/required.\n\nMust have experience with ADMS implementation, upgrades, and production support.\n\nMust be
