support, data migration, database security, performance optimization, and production database operations.\nThe successful candidate will support SQL Server and Azure database environments across the application development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, migration, QA, data cleanup, production support, and ongoing database maintenance.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform advanced SQL Server database administration and production database operations.\n\nSupport application development lifecycle activities including planning, design, development, implementation, data migration, QA, data cleanup, and data administration.\n\nManage database security, availability, monitoring, backup/recovery, and performance optimization.\n\nInstall, configure, upgrade, and maintain SQL Server software, including Service Pack installations.\n\nPerform SQL Server health checks and provide performance recommendations.\n\nExecute SQL database migrations and upgrades from legacy servers and SQL Server versions.\n\nPerform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, and validation.\n\nDeploy, configure, secure, back up, and maintain Azure SQL databases.\n\nIntegrate Azure SQL resources with other Azure services.\n\nDevelop and deploy database schemas across test and production environments.\n\nPerform logical and physical database modeling.\n\nDevelop and maintain database structures, tables, relationships, indexes, and normalization.\n\nSupport PSP Data Warehouse, Data Marts, and Power BI environments.\n\nCoordinate database backup and restore activities.\n\nAnalyze and resolve database-related technical issues.\n\nCollaborate with developers, business stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.\n\nParticipate in software releases and database-related implementation activities.\n\nIdentify and track issues, risks, dependencies, and action items.\n\nEstimate work effort and schedule assigned activities.\n\nProvide regular project/status updates.\n\nFollow established database standards, procedures, and security requirements.\n\nWork independently with limited supervision while contributing effectively within a
