Overview

Inabia is seeking a UX Designer to support its product team with a growing portfolio of digital experience initiatives and roadmap-driven improvements. This role partners closely with the UX Manager and Storefront Product Management team to deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions across e-commerce and digital storefront experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong Figma expertise and a demonstrated ability to guide a design from problem statement through research, outcomes, and iteration to final execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Conduct competitive analyses and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
• Apply UX best practices and design guidelines while ensuring consistency with established standards
• Support iterative enhancements and optimizations across existing digital experiences
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and apply user-centered design principles to deliver effective solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment

Key Qualifications

• Digital portfolio showcasing wireframes, high-fidelity visual design, and prototyping in Figma - required for every submission
• Portfolio must include at least one e-commerce, digital storefront, or customer-facing web experience case study demonstrating the full design process
• Strong expertise in UX design and Figma
• Proven experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an established design system or contributing to design consistency at scale
• Familiarity with storefront or product management team workflows
